Hotel Cancellation and payment policies

Booking Policy:

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a full payment in Advance. Rooms will be on hold status before amount is received by the hotel. In season no non-guaranteed reservations will be taken. All non-guaranteed reservations will be released without any notice 30 days prior to check in date.

Note: Room’s shall be booked on compulsory meal package for minimum for 2Nights during High Season (  21 Dec-1 Jan)

a) You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
b) Please review the booking and cancelation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancelation penalties specified may apply.
c) You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
d) Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.
e) Dear Guest, Please note that the booking made here is tentative for the time being. You will be receiving a call from the hotel team, post booking, for the payments post which your booking will be confirmed.
f) For Booking Confirmation, the Guest is requested to pay at least 50% in Advance.

Mode of Payment : Bank Transfer/Cash/UPI/Phone pe. / Credit card (up to 5000/- amount 1.5%extra charges will applicable)

Cancellation Policy 

cancellation policy is 14 days prior to check in after check -in its non refundable in any terms.

Cancelation policy may vary based on rate type booked please refer to your confirmation to know exact details.

Refund Policy it would take 3-5 working days to process the refund in the acoount used while paying

Hotel General policies and regulations

As ours resort is a Boutique resort all rooms vary in size and décor, hotel reserves right to allotment. Drivers will be provided meals and blankets only.

To ensure a restful stay for all guests we have strict no Music policy post 10 PM
